Ham Hock & Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 Ham Hock (approx 500g)Tap Water1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning1 cup of chopped onions1 cup of chopped carrots1 cup of chopped celery2 cloves of chopped garlic1 can (400g) of canned tomatoes1 can (400g) of canned beansSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place Ham Hock in a saucepan and just cover with water. Add a lid and simmer for 1 hours
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another hour without the lid
Remove the ham hock from the soup and strip the meat off the bone removing all the bones and fat.
