Mom's Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

2 cans Brooks mild red chili beans2 8 oz cans Hunts tomato sauce (no salt added)1/2 can Red Gold Petite Diced Mexican Fiesta Tomatoes (you can use the whole can, I just chose not to)1.5 whole chicken breasts
I have a small slow-cooker (2 quarts) but you can double the recipe if you have a bigger one.
Combine beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in the slow cooker and set to low. Season however you would like (I used italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder)
Dice the chicken breast and cook partially, seasoning to taste.
Add the chicken to the slow cooker and stir to mix.
Cook on 'low' for 6-8 hours.
I served mine with a bit of cheese and light sour cream (not included in nutrition info)
