Napa Cabbage with Ginger and Tomatoes

1 bulb of Garlic, minced1 Tbsp Ginger Root, minced1 can of Tomatoes1 medium head Napa Cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces
Spray a deep skillet with Pam cooking spray or use a small amount of oil to grill the garlic and ginger. Add the can of tomatoes and the cabbage. Stir it all together and let simmer until the cabbage is wilted and soft, about 20 mins. If it gets too dry, add water.
