Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

1 lb of Chicken breast tenders2 32-oz cartons of chicken broth1 10-oz can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Chillies1 6-oz can of Black olives (I buy the whole and dice them myself)2 11-oz cans of Green Giant Southwest Style CornI can of black beans2 packets of taco seasoning2 cups of dry brown rice (I use 2 bags of Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, just cut them open and pour in)4 cups of water
1. Chop chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2. Add chicken and all ingredients except rice to slow cooker. Mix well.
3. Cook for 6 hours on high setting.
4. Add rice. Continue cooking for another 30 to 45 mins.
Serving Size: Makes 12 2-cup servings
