Ingredients
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1/3 cup raisins1/3 cup sugar free jelly1/3 c sugar free syrup5 scoops protein powder1 T flax seed1 T Wheat Germ1 T Cinnamon1/2 cup dried apple bits (like gerber baby ones)7 cups water
Directions
This is a big batch, but you can put in individual containers and freeze. You may need to add more water, make to consistency you like. I spray the crockpot with pam, then put the water in, then add all other ingredients.
