Haley's Sausage and Cabage Soup

Ingredients
1 large onion - sliced or chopped1 pound of sausage chopped - I used beef or turkey1 - 15oz can kidney beans5 medium potatos chopped3 cups sliced cabage16oz low sodium ketchup1/2 cup white viniger2 tablespoons garlic minced16 cup beef broth, can be bouillon2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- cook onion, garlic, and sausage in oil till onions are done, I like them slightly crispy, drain on papertowels
- in large soup pot add onion, sausage, garlic, kidney beans, potatos, cabage, katchup and broth, simmer for 1 1/2 hour
- add viniger and simmer for another 15 -30 mins
