Ingredients
I used about 6 cups of homemade turkey broth made from the smoked turkey we had at Thanksgiving. Then I just looked through the refrigerator for what veggies I had on hand. I cut them up into "soup-sized" pieces and slow cooked it until the vegetables were tender. I sprinkled in some basil, parsley, salt and pepper. The nice thing about vegetable soup is you can change it all the time by adding different veggies so it never gets old!
Directions
simmer on low until vegetables are tender; season to taste.

Serving Size: makes about 10 servings
