Meat spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
2 Red bell peppers chopped2 green bell peppers chopped20 mushrooms sliced1 large onion3 pounds extra lean ground beef (browned fat removed)1 clove of garlic chopped fine4 celery stalks2 medium carrots1 large can tomato juice1 large can stewed tomatoes1 large can of spiced cubed tomatoes1 small can of tomato paste1/4 cup Italian spices1 large can tomato sauce
Directions
Brown meat and drain fat. Place the rest if the ingredients with the drained meat in a large EXCEPT tomato paste. Let boil at least one hour - the more the better. Add tomato paste and let simmer until thickened. My kids LOVE this stuff.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1L mason jars (we eat 2 adults and 2 children and have 2 leftover meals with one jar)
