Shrimp spring rolls

Ingredients
Ingredients: Shrimp, cooked, 36spring roll wrapper, 12cellophane noodles, 1.5 oz dryAvocados, California (Haas), 1*Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup Cucumber (peeled), .5 medium 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro4 tablespoons chopped mint
Directions
Boil cellophane noodles. set aside
Place spring roll wrapper in a dish and pour hot boiling water over it and wait until pliable (almost instant)
Place on a plate..place sm amt of noodles then some sprouts cucumber, 3 shrimp a slice of avocado and sprinkle with cilantro/ shrimp mixture

Dip in peanut sauce..
