yummy breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
8 oz - welch's 100% white grape juice1 small banana 1 tbsp - ground cinnamon 1.5 cup - frozen strawberries (you can use fresh too)1 cup - lettuce
Directions
add the juice into the blender. then banana (i cut it up 1st). next, add the cinnamon. After that, i used my food processor to grind the lettuce together then i put the lettuce into the blender. i used my food processor once more for my frozen strawberries because i did not have fresh on hand. once they were crushed i added them to the blender. now, blend it up for an energizing breakfast smoothie!
