Mediterranean Quinoa with onions, almonds and raisins

Ingredients
1 package of Streit's Mediterranean Quinoa3 T olive oil3 1/8 C low sodium chicken broth
Directions
In medium sized pot, bring chicken broth to almost boiling. (or heat in microwave)
In a separate pan, heat 3 T of olive oil for ~ 1 minute. Add contents of Quinoa container to oil and saute in pan for about 2 minutes. Slowly pour chicken broth into saute pan.
Stir. Cover pan, and cook on low for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from heat (covered) for 5-7 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
