Ingredients
-1 whole egg-2T skim milk-1t minced garlic-1/4t ground thyme-1/4C diced onions-1/4C diced red pepper-3T quinoa, cooked-salt, pepper
Directions
Mix it all together into a ramekin and Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes. when its firm its ready
