Baked Brown Rice with Chicken Bouillon

1.5 cups long grain brown rice2.5 cups water2 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Olive Oil2 HerbOx chicken Bouillon cubesdash garlic powder (about 0.5 tsp)dash black pepper (about 0.5 tsp)
Preheat oven to 375.
Pour 1.5 cups brown rice into an 8x8 inch square baking pan. In a pan, heat the 2.5 cups water, 2 tbsp Smart Balance, and 2 bouillon cubes to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve cubes. Add in garlic powder and black pepper, then pour boiling liquid over rice and stir well.
Cover baking dish tightly with foil, and bake for about 1 hour, until tender and fluffy.
