Homemade Biscuits

Ingredients
4 Cups Self-Rising Flourheaping 1/2 C of Lard2 cups of Buttermilk
Directions
Cut lard into flour using a pastry blender until completely mixed. Stir in buttermilk. Pinch of golf ball size pieces and quickly roll into a ball, place on lightly greased pan and give it a small press (more if you like thin biscuits.
Bake at 425 for approx 15 min or until tops are nicely browned
