Dr. Oz Hearty Holiday Soup

Ingredients
2 C peeled butternut squahs2 C vegetable broth (sodium free)1 red bell pepper1 small sweet onion1 TBS curry powder2 tsp of EVOO1 can of white beans, drained
Directions
Add EVOO and curry into a pot. Allow to simmer for about 1 minute, mixing together. Add broth, veggies and beans. Allow to cook until veggies are tender.

Blend soup in blender/food processor.
