0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap10.5 oz *Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup1.33 cup Great Value Mixed Vegetables1.0 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce2.0 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)
Directions
Cook the Rice like the package say to do. Brown ground beef & onion together. Put the ground beef, onion, mixed vegetables, rice, soup, & water in baking dish that spray with vegetable spray. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 dregrees oven. Serving Size: 4 Servings
