Egg, Ham & Cheese Breakfast Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 6 large 1/2 tps Mrs Dash Original4tbps of waterWeight Watcher 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla, 6 Kraft Tex Mex Cheese 1/2 cup or 60 gOnions 1 small dicedGreen Bell Peppers 1 cup dicedRed Bell Pepper 1 cup dicedCanola Oil Cooking Spray 3 sprayDeli Ham 100 grams (approx 3.6 oz)
Directions
Cook onions, red and green pepper.
Scramble eggs, water, Mrs Dash.
Add ham to mixture.

Add mixture to pan with onions and peppers.
Cook very well and then add cheese.

Heat up tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds.

Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and roll up your wrap. Enjoy
