Fat Burning Beef Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tspGround Beef, browned, lean, 16 ozOnions, 1 medium choppedGarlic, 2 cloves, choppedBell Pepper, choppedMushrooms, 1 cup, chopped1 Can 14 oz Crushed TomatoesLemon Juice, 1 tspBlack beans, 1 can, rinsedCumin, 1 tbsp.Cayenne Petter, 1/4 tspCilantro, dried, 3 tbs or 1/4 cup freshParsley, dried 3 tbsp, or 1/4 cup fresh32 Oz Low Sodium V8 Juice
Directions
Heat oil over med high setting, saute meat until done. Drain and set aside. Saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic until soft.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except Parsley and Cilantro. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Add parsley and cilantro, simmer another 10 minutes.
