8 oz macaroni noodles2 cups non fat cottage cheese1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 large egg2 cups low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
preheat oven to 350.
cook macaroni noodles according to directions & drain well.
mix all ingredients. salt & pepper to taste. transfer to greased baking dish. sprinkle with paprika if desired.
bake 30-45 minutes (depending on depth of dish) until set. makes excellent leftovers!
