Maxine's Waldorf salad

Ingredients
3-4 Apples (honeycrisp is best) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup grapes (seedless green or red) 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup walnuts 3 sticks diced string cheese 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup milk
Directions
peel and dice apples in a bowl, add lemon juice, mix grapes,celery,walnuts and string cheese together with the apples, mix milk, sugar , and mayo together and blend with other ingredients.
