Shrimp Newburg

Ingredients
l lb raw shrimp2 tbsp garlic butter1 can cream of shrimp soup3 oz light cream cheese1 tbsp chopped scallions2 tbsp dry sherry
Directions
**melt butter in med high skillet; add chopped scallions and raw shrimp; saute until shrimp turn pink; remove from pan and set aside.
**to the empty pan, add one can of cream of shrimp soup, 3 oz cream cheese, and simmer over med heat until cream cheese is melted and well blended.
** add shrimp back to the pan and mix with soup mixture; then add sherry and simmer on med low heat for 8-10 min.
**serve over rice (rice not included in nutritional info)
