Salmon, Onion and Olive Burgers

Ingredients
6 oz of fresh salmon.5 a medium onion, chopped6 black olives, chopped1 egg, beaten1 slice of toast, crumbed1 tbs dillpepper to taste
Directions
Remove skin and bones from the salmon and chop the filets until they are moderately finely ground

Put the salmon in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Fold ingredients together.

Shape into two large patties (keep them thick)

Heat oil and cook patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side...basically until cooked.

You are done!
