LAUREN'S AMAZING lentil patties

Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup \ Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell), 0.25 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper *Bullion, Chicken Flavored, 1 cube OR veggie to make vegan Crackers, Cheez-its (2 cups)
Directions
cook lentils in bullion, saute veggies in a spray of cooking oil until soft, cook all together and mash, when done add crushed crackers and refrigerate at least 30 mins up to over night.

Form into patties using hands or cookie cutters spray with cooking spray and bake at 450 for 20 mins a side. (mine were 1in thick) until edges are crispy
