Homemade Spicy Pork Steaks

4oz - Pork Sirloin Steaks 14 1/2oz - Tomato Sauce14 1/2oz - Diced Tomatoes In Juice 1/4 cup - Finely Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese 1 1/4 cup - Mild Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese1/4tsp - Parsley Flakes 1/4tsp - Crushed Red Pepper 1/4tsp - Sweet Basil Leaves 1tsp - Pure Ground Black Pepper 1tsp - Garlic Powder 1tsp - Onion Powder
Take the pork steaks put them into a glass dish and season with the pepper, onion powder & garlic powder then stick in the oven and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until half way cooked.
While the pork steaks are cooking mix into a bowl the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, curshed red pepper, parsley flakes, sweet basil leaves, garlic powder & onion powder amd set aside.
When the pork steaks are just about done pour the mix overtop of them and continue to bake till done. Then about 5 minutes before you are ready to remove the pork steaks from the oven sprinkle the shredded cheese over and bake until cheese is melted.
