Personal Pizza with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
Thomas Everything Bagel Thin - 1 bagelAthenos fat free feta cheese crumbled 2 tspCottage Cheese, Nonfat - 1/4 cupEggplant, fresh, 2 slices of eggplant, peeled1/2 of tomato
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425
cut two slices of eggplant and peel
place slices on bagel
top bagel with cottage cheese and the sprinkle feta cheese on top
slice tomato and place on top
and spices to taste (i choose chili powder, garlic, and oregano)
place in oven and cook till bread is golden
