Ground Chicken Gyros

Ingredients
2 lbs raw, ground chicken4 cloves garlic1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix all ingredients vigourously. The stirring helps it stick together. Heat oven-proof skillet over med-high heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil. Form chicken mix into "rectangles" in skillet. Cook apprx 2 min, until browned on each side. Place skillet in oven for 6-8 min or until internal temp reads 165. Remove from oven. Cool 5 min, then slice each thinly using a serrated knife.
