Flank Steak, 14 oz Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Beets, fresh, .4 beet (2" dia) *Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet), 1 serving *Dried Shitake Mushrooms (Dynasty), 0.5 ozWater to cover
Directions
Salt & Pepper meat, brown in frying pay=n, add it and all other ingredients to crock pot, cook on low for 8-10 hours or till meat comes apart.
