Stuffed Venison Burgers

1 1/2 lb Venison, ground (no added fat)1/2 cup Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar, shredded8 oz Mushrooms, diced3 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Pieces (50% less fat)1/2 medium Sweet Onion, diced2 Tbsp Jalapenos, diced1/8 cup Egg Substitue (approx 1/2 egg)Salt & Pepper, to taste (or other seasonings)
Combine all ingredients, thoroughly. Divide and form into 5 burgers of equal size. Depress center of each burger, making a well. Grill (depressed side up) over medium to medium-high heat for 6 minutes, rotating 90° halfway through for grill marks. Flip and grill an additional 6 minutes, rotating again after 3 minutes. Remove from grill and serve w/favorite toppings.
