Coq au vin (slow cooker)

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs2 bay leaves2 sprigs thyme250g bacon, diced20 baby onions, peeled375ml red wine1l chicken stock125ml brandy2tsp tomato paste250g button mushroomscornflour
Directions
Put chicken, herbs, onions, wine, stock, brandy and tomato paste into slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours
Add the mushrooms and cook for another 30 mins.
Mix the cornflour with a little water and add.
Cook on high for about 10 mins, stirring until thickened
Serve
