*Mrs. T's Pierogies - Potato and Cheese, 1 boxRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 0.5 cupMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2.0 oz*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cupEgg, fresh, 1 largeItalian Seasoning, dried, 3 tsp
Place Mini Pierogies in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Combine all ingredients, reserving half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Arrange Pierogies in baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, top with reserved cheeses. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until center is hot. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
