Ingredients
2 cups featherlight flour mix gluten free1/2 Cup sugar1/2 teaspoon xatham gum2 teaspoon anise extract4 tablespoons butter crisco1/2 cup of milk1 Egg3 teaspoons gf baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 *
Make hole in flours. Add egg, melted butter crisco, sugar, extract, xantham gum, and baking powder. Mix well. Dough will be flexible and soft. make into 1 inch balls size of small cookie scoop. use parchment covered cookie sheets. Bake at 375* for 8 minutes.
