Ingredients:*Cambell's Broccoli Cheese Condensed Soup 98% Fat Free, 3 cup *Cambell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Condensed Soup, 1.5 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Peas, frozen, 0.75 cupBroccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces)
Lay uncooked chicken in bottom of crock pot- I spray first with Pam
In a bowl mix all other ingredients
Pour mixture over chicken
Cook in crock pot for 8 hours on low
Using a fork mix well to shred chicken before serving
