Really Good Breakfast Prunes

1 pound prunes2 small tangerines1 cinnamon stickwater
Slice the tangerines straight down the middle, the turn and slice into thin slices. Place in pot.
Add prunes and cinnamon stick to pot.
Add enough water to cover prunes.
Simmer slowly for 25-45 minutes (depending on how dry your prunes are). Add a little more water if prunes seem to be dry before fully plump.
The tangerine slices should be translucent and a thick syrup should form.
Serving Size: 10, about 5 prunes per serving
