Spicy Black Bean and Tofu Stew

Ingredients
1 large onion chopped2 teaspoons olive oil2 (14-16oz blocks) firm tofu drained and cubed3 (15oz) cans black beans with juice2 (14.5oz) cans stewed tomatoes Italian style w/ juice1 cup mild salsa2 (4.5oz) can chopped green chilles drained
Directions
In a large skillet or dutch oven, saute onion in oil over medium heat

Add cubed tofu and remaining ingredients, Cook over medical-low heat for 30 minutes (covered)
