Tofu Stirfry

Ingredients
1 block cubed tofu1 large zucchini, cubed1 cup sliced mushrooms1/4 cup low sodium soy sauceoil
Directions
Marinate tofu in half of the soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
Heat oil in stir-fry pan until hot
Add zucchini
Saute until soft
Add marinated tofu and mushrooms
Saute until heated through
