1 c. pumpkin1 c. dark1.75 c. flour.5 c. sugar2 tsp baking powder1 dash salt2 large eggs.75 c. skim milk3 T. canola oil1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmegpumpkin pie spice for sprinkling before baking
Whisk dry stuff. Mix in wet stuff. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Bake a 400 for 15-20 minutes.
