2 medium to large oranges peeled2 carrots2 cups of fresh spinach1 scoop vanilla whey protein (natural)1 banana1-2 cups crushed ice
Directions
Juice the oranges, carrots and spinach in a juicer then put in a blender with remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 2 16oz smoothies or one large 32oz smoothie
