Steak mince - tesco, 400 gram(s)Chopped onion, 1 servingClove of Garlic, 1 servingLO Salt (UK) (a pinch weighs 0.25 grams)Olive Oil, 1 tbspPlain white flour (UK), 8 gCanned chopped tomatoes, 400 gram(s)Asda tomato puree, 2 tbspChilli powder, 0.5 tspOregano, ground, 1 tspBeans, red kidney, 241 gramsBay Leaf - whole leaf, 1 servingCumin (ground), 2 tspCorriander, 1 tspCocoa powder, 1 tspSplenda Low Calorie Sweetener, 1 tspMilk chocolate (UK), 30 g
Peel onion and chop it finely. Crush garlic with a little salt
Heat olive oil in saucepan add onion and garlic then beef. Fry slowly until beef is browned.
Stir in flour and cook for one minute.
Add can tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli pwder, oregano, bay leaf, ground cumin, corriander powder, cocoa powder and sweetener.
Bring to boil stirring and add chocolate. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add a little water if mixture is too thick to stir.
Add beans and cook for 5 minutes more.
