Spicy Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad with Mushrooms

- 1 Small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cubed)- 1 Cup of Mushrooms (pieces)- 1.5 cup of Romaine Lettuce- 4 tbsp Olive Oil- 3 tbsp Low-fat or Fat-Free Cesar Dressing- 1 tbsp Cajun / Jerk Seasoning or Cayenne Pepper- 1 tbsp Basil- Lemon Juice (optional)
Heat olive oil in medium sized pan. Clean chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces. Put that into the pan and cook on medium. While that's cooking, wash your mushrooms and lettuce. Break up lettuce to your liking for the salad. Toss your mushrooms into pan with chicken. After about 5 minutes, season chicken and mushrooms with the jerk/cajun seasoning (I used jerk) and the basil. Let cook until chicken has no pink inside and mushrooms are a darkish brown. Drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
If you like warm salads, Toss in the romaine lettuce and mix everything together. If you like cold salads, omit this step.
Drizzle cesar dressing over salad and mix everything up.
