3 eggs1/2 C skim milk1/2 C self raising flour60g Grated cheese125g chopped bacon
preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a quice dish and line with bakin paper.
Whisk the eggs, milk, and flour into a bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden.
