Ham and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Take the leftover ham bone and immerse it in water along with the potatoes until the water begins to boil. Boil the potatoes, ham, and ham bone until the potatoes are soft and then you can remove the ham bone. Add the vegetables to the stew and add the beef bouillon cube to the mixture. Add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 2 to 3 hours and serve with Parmesan cheese, if needed.
