Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)*Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 2 cup (remove)*Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), 2 packet (remove)Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices (remove)Almonds, .25 cup, ground (remove)Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, 1 cup (remove)*Soy Sauce, 0.10 cup (remove)
Directions
cook chicken in stir fry pan, with small amount of olive oil, remove from pan, cook fresh vegtables, add sauces and meat back to the pan heat through and serve over rice.
