1 3/4 cups Almonds3/4 cups Raisins3 cups Raw Cashews 1/2 cup Avocado 1/2 cup Maple Syrup2 Medjool Dates2 tbsp Coconut oil 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder2 tbsp Lemon juice
Pulse almonds and raisins with a couple tablespoons of water until dough forms.
Press to base and sides of lined springform pan and freeze.
Pulse remaining ingredients with half a cup of water pour into frozen crust. Freeze till set.
Thaw for an hour and serve.
