Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1/4 c. O'Brien potatoes2 slices of Ready to Eat Bacon2 large eggs2 slices Sargento Light Pepper Jack Cheese2 Flour Soft Taco size Burrito shells
Directions
Spray pan with non-fat cooking spray. Brown potatoes and bacon. Add eggs, scramble with potatoes and bacon and cook until eggs are done. Place one slice of cheese on each tortilla and split cooked egg mixture between them. Roll burrito style.
