Ingredients
Ingredients:1 ½ cups oats½ cup milk½ cup unsweetened applesauce¼ cup dried cranberries¼ cup chopped dates (or raisins)¼ cup chopped walnuts (or leave out)½ teaspoon cinnamon1/8 cup honey1/4 cup almond butter1/4 tsp almond extract3 tablespoons flax seed powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients and put in muffin cups.
Bake for 30 min. at 350.
