Great Northern Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups rinsed, great northern (white) beans80 oz chicken broth16 oz water6 cups fresh spinach leaves2 Tbs Cayenne Pepper sauce2 cups chopped carrots2 cups diced ham1 cup diced red onion
Directions
Boil rinsed and sorted beans in water over high heat for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse. Add chicken broth, water, carrots and onion and boil for another 20 minutes over high heat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 50 minutes or longer.
