1 1/2 cup all pupose flour3 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. frenchs salt substiute1 tsp. vinalla extract3 tbsp splenda2 egg whites1 1/4 cup 1 % milk1/2 cup water3 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then combie dry into wet. Mix until well blended but do not overmix. Preheat skillet or griddle to med. Spray with butter flavored cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and flip. Cook 1 more minute. Keep warm in a low oven until ready to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 11 4-inch pancakes.
