Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove) Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) Kirkland Mexican Blend Cheese, 453 gram(s) (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) Milk, nonfat, 4 cup (remove) *Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 2 serving (remove) Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced (remove)
Directions
brown onions and garlic, chop carrots and add water to cover, cook till almost tender, add potatoes, celery, cook till tender, add milk, cheese, and ham stirring till heated through.
