Potato Pancake

Ingredients
1 large egg1 medium onion chopped fine1 tbsp chicken or turkey drippings1 medium Baking Potato grated
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat in saute pan coated with drippings. Cook until browned on both sides.
