Whole Grain Penne stir fry with vegetables

1 box of Barilla Whole Grain Penne Pasta1 Chicken breast chopped3 cups broccolii3 cups string beans3 cups Portobello Mushrooms2 tbl Stir fry sauce2 tbl balsamic vinegar3 packets Light string Mozzerella cheese1/4 cup Parmesan cheese2 tbl Olive oil
Boil penne noodles, drain. Partially steam the vegetables. Put Olive oil in wok, stir fry the chicken, slice and add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add in the stir fry sauce, balsamic vinegar and continue cooking. Add on the vegetables and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for about 5 minutes. String the cheese and mix into stir fry. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
